STRANGE CHESS SCENE FROM "Deception" aka "End Of The Game"

Came across this strange Chess scene in a movie I had never heard of before. I stumbled across it while looking up information about the actor, the late Robert Shaw.
For some strange reason I had always thought he came from N.Ireland but this is very incorrect. He did die in Ireland though.

It turns out the movie originates from a German novel, Der Richter und sein Henker, The judge and his hangman. Have not watched the movie but it seems to be some sort of cynical morality tale.

If you are wondering why I was looking up information about Robert Shaw, I will tell you why. A few night`s ago I started watching the famous movie "The Sting," even though I have seen it a few times I found it hard to stop watching it, must be because the acting is so good, it sort of grabs your attention.

Robert Shaw really knew how to project a very menacing persona, I wonder how he learned to do that?

When I eventually looked up the movie called "Deception" aka "End Of The Game" it contained a very strange Chess scene.

Found out there is a new Ulster Chess online page, when I visited the venue for the Summer tournament earlier. 

It is called ulsterchess.net and it is being used to broadcast live games.

I think it is just in it`s testing phase at the minute, to get it ready for the Ulster Chess Championship, which will be staged in the infamous, sinister, and skullduggery orientated premises known as the Europa Hotel.

How can you possibly have a chance of convincing people that this is for real and it is not just a piece of satire?

It is only due to the grace of God that the UCU is not part of the loony FIDE/FIFE outfit.

All members of FIDE should be banned from entering N.Ireland if this is what they have elected as head honcho.

It looks like Peter Robinson is going to sponsor the Isle Of  Man tournament this year.  He is well-known for his generosity.

The prize fund will be a cool £7,000,000. Eat your heart out Maurice Ashley.

I think the best way to do it, would be for to have a prize fund of 1 million for the Masters section, a prize of 1 million for the Minor section and a prize fund of 5 million for the Major section.

HUMAN CHESS?

Stumbled across this on an Israeli site. Never heard of it before. 

It must be one of the biggest confidence tricks I have come across in a long time.

They are only charging $997 for a week end course lol lol lol lol

Only Americans would be dumb enough to fall for something as daft as this.

Steve McQueen knew how to play Human Chess as well!

He really did know how to play Human Chess in real life. One of Ian Paisley`s daughters told me about him. She had a friend whose family member was a movie big-shot and  knew McQueen really well.

He actually stayed in their house, naturally he chased the young girl of the family all around the room trying to get his hands on her once he got the chance. His attentions were uninvited I am led to believe.
