Am I the only one who suspects that "cheating" at the highest levels of chess is much more widespread than people are willing to publicly admit?
I do remember reading one of Rogoff`s articles lately, where he implied quite a high level of cheating was indicated in the German league chess, according to the parameters which Rogoff has constructed.
