UCU CHAMPIONSHIPS AT THE INFAMOUS EUROPA, starts this Friday

They are looking for at least one more player for the over 1700 section of the Ulster championships at the infamous Europa Hotel which starts on Friday night.

At the minute they have 13 players and need one more to make it even numbers.

Must try and get some video of the start of the tournament on Friday night.

Ecc 12:12 And further, by these, my son, be admonished: of making many books there is no end; and much study is a weariness of the flesh.

REAL LIFE CHESS

I am currently playing real life Chess against the government of N.Ireland and elements of the CIA.
It will soon be a blockbuster movie, the proposed trailer is below.

Over the past few years I have established a secret international organistion, it is so secret the people who are in it, do not even know they are in it.  It does not have a name.

The purpose of the organisation is to humiliate and overthrow crooks like President Peter Kirsan Ilyumzhinov Robinson and Desperate Dan Quayle.

It is a lot of fun, sort of like playing blindfold chess, only without the blindfold.

 Proverbs 22:8 He that soweth iniquity shall reap vanity: and the rod of his anger shall fail.

STRANGE CHESS SCENE FROM "Deception" aka "End Of The Game"

Came across this strange Chess scene in a movie I had never heard of before. I stumbled across it while looking up information about the actor, the late Robert Shaw.
For some strange reason I had always thought he came from N.Ireland but this is very incorrect. He did die in Ireland though.

It turns out the movie originates from a German novel, Der Richter und sein Henker, The judge and his hangman. Have not watched the movie but it seems to be some sort of cynical morality tale.

If you are wondering why I was looking up information about Robert Shaw, I will tell you why. A few night`s ago I started watching the famous movie "The Sting," even though I have seen it a few times I found it hard to stop watching it, must be because the acting is so good, it sort of grabs your attention.

Robert Shaw really knew how to project a very menacing persona, I wonder how he learned to do that?

When I eventually looked up the movie called "Deception" aka "End Of The Game" it contained a very strange Chess scene.

Here is the full movie for anyone who has not seen it or heard of it.

ULSTERCHESS.NET

Found out there is a new Ulster Chess online page, when I visited the venue for the Summer tournament earlier.

It is called ulsterchess.net and it is being used to broadcast live games.

I think it is just in it`s testing phase at the minute, to get it ready for the Ulster Chess Championship, which will be staged in the infamous, sinister, and skullduggery orientated premises known as the Europa Hotel.

If there is ever going to be an epic "cheating scandal" anywhere in the world, the Europa must be tailor-made for it.  It has all the right ingredients.

Daniel 12:4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.

SMYPATHY NOTICE

I wish to express my sympathy to my fellow South Belfast Chess Club team mate Graeme McCormick, due to the passing away of his wife.

“The clock of life is wound but once,
And no man has the power
To tell just when the hands will stop
At late or early hour.

To lose one's wealth is sad indeed,
To lose one's health is more,
To lose one's soul is such a loss
That no man can restore.

Now is the only time you have,
So live, love, toil at will,
Place no faith in "time,"
For the Clock may soon be still.” By Robert H Smith

2 Corinthians 1:3-5

3 Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort;

4 Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.

5 For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ.

TIMELY REMINDERS ABOUT TIME MANAGEMENT

Here are three classic music tracks particuarly suited to instructing players about the importance of good time management.

Time is precious.

Your time has run out, your flag has fallen, you are out of time.

Not to worry if you lose, you may win the next time.

Here is the wrong way to approach time-management, you do not sit on the clock!

Ecc 3:1 To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

2 A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;

3 A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;

4 A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;

5 A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;

6 A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;

7 A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;

8 A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.
