TONIGHT`S RESULT

South Belfast A team beat Lindores by 3.5 to 1.5.

A report by ROOKIE should be available tomorrow. The man himself is pointed out in this video.

Rookie`s report is below.
*****************************************************************************
                                      G.HORVATH                         1-0             R.DEVENNEY
                                     C.LEITCH                                0-1             S.FLANAGAN
                                     R.HARRIS                              0-1              B.MacLEAN
                                     F.MacDONALD                0.5-0.5         J.BRYARS
                                    S.KEERS                                  0-1             D.RUBEN

An amazing result against a stronger team on paper!
Gabor found a strong pawn move in the opening, bur Ray fought back valiantly until a late oversight saw Ray “fray” at the edges.
Bruce was able to “harass” Harris and force Ross to a “loss”.
I remember Fred as a junior But I’m “afred” “old MacDonald’s form” only allowed him to draw with John.
“Sam’s your man” after he followed up his Isle of “Man”  Major victory last week with a win over Calum.
So, it all boiled down to the bottom board, where Keers was in “teers”-it’s a “shame” Shane’s defeat lost Lindores the match.
But The A Team proved their name is not a misnomer!!
Martin Kelly (Captain, The A Team)

Incidentally the secret of communicating knowledge by preaching and writing were set out thousands of years ago by Solomon himself.
He gave all the principles of effective communication in Ecc 12:9-11.
There is no one alive today who is wiser than Solomon nor will there ever be, not even Magnus Carlsen or Fabiano Caraunna.

Ecc 12:9 And moreover, because the preacher was wise, he still taught the people knowledge; yea, he gave good heed, and sought out, and set in order many proverbs.
10 The preacher sought to find out acceptable words: and that which was written was upright, even words of truth.
11 The words of the wise are as goads, and as nails fastened by the masters of assemblies, which are given from one shepherd.

Ecc 12:12  And further, by these, my son, be admonished: of making many books there is no end; and much study is a weariness of the flesh.
